Notes:
Most countries are free shipping, so please read through to see if it is free shipping to your country,and check the shipping fees on products page. Please leave correct address info, change any address info will cause extra fee after be posted. Don’t accept any address with P.O. BOX, and abbreviation of the city name. Don’t authorize deliverymen to leave your package at your door in any case. We will arrange the shipment after the payment clear. The reason why “Synthetic Hair” on your package is to just avoid the custom tax.
About Damage and Issues:
Upon receiving your order, inspect all packages thoroughly for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts. Our warehouses put forth every effort to prevent shipping damage however, it does occur occasionally. If you receive a damaged part, do NOT accept the package, have the shipper immediately return to sender. If the shipper has left a damaged package in your absence, immediately contact the shipper and have the package returned to sender. We must be contacted immediately if any of the above occurs to prevent your being charged freight on both ways. We are not responsible for missing, damaged, or incorrect parts after 15 business days, regardless of the party at fault. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and all claims for such must be processed through the shipping company.
Our items stock status:As usual, we will ship out your package in two days after receiving your payment, but for a short time our product is out of stock. When we meet such condition, we will try our best to send the package to you as soon as possible.
The harsh weather condition and festival holiday:
Sometimes the package shipping time will be influenced by the harsh weather condition and festival holiday.
Payment Methods
PayPal:
You have your PayPal account, then choose the PayPal to complete the payment directly.
If you want to use the PayPal payment, but you don’t have one PayPal account, please register one first.

Pay Attention:
Please don’t use “e-check” payment, this payment states is “uncleared”, this shows we don’t receive your payment now, we can’t arrange the shipment for you.
We will wait the states change to “cleared”, we receive the payment, we will arrange the payment, usually, this takes 4-5 days.
We will check our PayPal account, when we confirm to receive the payment, we will arrange the shipment. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance prior to shipping.
Return & Refund
Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please make sure to contact us through email or phone beforehand, we will guide you through the return & refund/replacement process. Returns without notice will not be accepted. All items returned must be unworn, unwashed, original lace( uncut ), original curl pattern( undispersed ), and still have the original package & gifts attached. Upon receipt of your return, we will examine to make sure it's in good condition and then issue the refund through the original payment method you use when placing order.
Notice:
1.We will send pictures of the actual hair you ordered for you to check and confirm before shipping out, if there's any concerns about the color difference or other issues, kindly let us know before shipment. Returns regarding color difference will not be accepted.
2.Returned items must be in original condition(unworn, unwashed, uncut and unstyled, free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with gifts and product package attached. If the items you receive are defective or misplaced, kindly contact us through email within 15 days upon receiving, otherwise we are not able to accept return.

3.We recommend shipping packages back using USPS Flat Rate shipping with a tracking number for convenience, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Without proof of receipt and delivery, we are not able to issue refund. Return shipping shall be prepaid by you the buyer.
4.If the items have been used or damaged, we are not able to accept return, for used/damaged goods couldn't be restored without extra cost and will affect future selling.
Refund:
1.If the return is due to seller's problems (such as: sent wrong products, quality problem of products), we will provide a full refund for you;
2.If the return is due to buyer’s problems (such as: don’t like/want, ordered wrong product/size), we will deduct order shipping cost from the refund.
3.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you the status of the refund. If it's granted, then your refund will be processed through your original method of order payment, within a certain amount of days(depending on the payment methods). If you no longer use the original card, please contact us in advance.
4.Refund will normally be completed in 5 workdays, starting from the date your refund proposal is raised.
Cancellation:
You can cancel your order/item within 2 hours through our customer service email (toupeeready@gmail.com).
About return shipping fees:
if the customers dislike/unsuitable, or want replacement for another style/color, the buyer shall pay the shipping fees . If it is caused by seller, such as shipping wrong items, and/or quality problems, seller shall pay the shipping fees.
